Payments.
Once you have completed a study and performed all activities associated with follow-up your payment will be processed. We try to process payments promptly.
Payment must be picked up by the study participant with a valid photo ID. No other parties will be permitted to pick up payment on behalf of the participant.
To expedite the payment process please print and fill out the w9 form and bring with you to your screening appointment. If you are unable to access this form you are able to complete the required w9 upon arrival at the study.
